Sacramento Trick-or-Treaters Score Big

Follow me on:

Of the 20 best cities for collecting trick-or-treating candy booty, Sacramento ranks 6th out of 20 on the Zillow Trick-or-Treat Housing Index. According to the Zillow Blog, the real estate website used it's data to come up with the rankings. Included in the mix is Zillow's home value index, population density, walk score, and local crime data. The results give cities yielding the most candy with the least walking and safety risks. In their next installment, Zillow plans to zero in on the best trick-or-treating neighborhoods in their chosen cities. They say wealthy areas aren't necessarily the best for filling the candy bag. Zillow's #1 is Seattle and #2 is San Francisco. Phoenix rounds out the list at #20.
