DOG FEST – Celebrate your four-legged friend at the Bark at the Capitol event. Programs, contests, doggie demonstrations and dog-related services are scheduled to be on hand.

COMEDY – Laugh with comedian Willie Barcena who recently shot his first one-hour special, “Deal With It.” Larry Omaha and Julia Jackson also performs. Must be 18 and older. There is a two drink minimum.

FAIR – It’s time once again for the Annual Fair Oaks Renaissance Tudor Fayre, which is running its 22nd year. Proceeds will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

JAZZ FEST – Cameo and the Bar-Kays are the headliners of the 15th Annual Meadowview Jazz Festival.
