An Afternoon to Remember

An Afternoon to Remember is housed in a 100-year-old building, decorated in quaint European décor. They provide a Victorian style tea service. The menu changes weekly. A full afternoon tea includes a first course, scones, tea sandwiches and desserts and of course a pot of tea, that is iced or hot.

Earl Grey Manor is located in the historic Old Sacramento district. The menu changes weekly and vegetarian and other dietary requests can be accommodated with 24-hour notice. Menu items include a tomato bisque, tarts, sandwiches, scones and desserts. One might notice the gongfu table upon entering, it is used for the gongfu tea presentation, which is served with oolong tea.

Hina’s Tea

This modern type of tea tasting room presents more than 300 flavors of artisan, estate, loose leaf and fruit teas. They also sell the popular blooming teas. They also serve pastries and cakes from Old Soul Bakery and Blattlers Fine Food & Desserts.

At Partea Time, you can choose your own tea cup and drink from a variety of 25 teas. This British-style tea room serves the traditional three-tier meal with sandwiches, scones and dessert. There’s a children’s menu. Once you’re done with tea, check out their Franz porcelains in the gift shop. They provide hats, gloves and purses.

Try the English cucumber tea and finger sandwiches for the afternoon tea experience at Treasured Teatime. Other menu items include scones, tartletts, muffins, shortbreads, pound cake and soup. The menu changes monthly. Of course they serve tea, more than 80 varieties which are served in their large and unique collection of cups and saucers.
